Every product is thoroughly inspected before they are sold and is guaranteed to be free of defects, in both workmanship and materials, for a period of one year beginning the date of the products original purchase.

1 Year warranty schemes are for some selected models. {Like Rotary Hammers, Demolition Hammers & Special application Angle grinders}.

Should the product develop any faults during its first year of use, due to defective materials, Subject to inspection, the product will be repaired free of charge.

 A Warranty claim results when defective material or manufacturing fault are found in the machine.

 A Warranty provides the free of charge repair or replacement of defective parts only.

 Warranty is valid as long as the machine is operated, handled, cleaned and serviced at regular interval according to the operating instructions.

 Outside of warranty:

• This guarantee does not apply where:
• Repairs have been made or attempted by others.
• Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear.
• The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained.
• Alterations have been made to the tool.
• This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. 
• Parts requiring repair as a result of normal wear and tear are not covered by this policy.
• The policy covers defects in machines which are eliminated through free of charge replacement of defective parts/or repair as the case may be.
• Replaced parts become the property of the respective company.

Service works requested by the customer do not come under Warranty and are charged to the customer.
